Lars Pedersen

Lars Pedersen, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, began his career in the Oil & Gas Service Industry before transitioning to the Maritime Industry and ultimately into Commercial Real Estate. With 45 years of combined experience in these fields, Lars offers a unique perspective on the essential aspects of these interconnected industries.

Since joining NAI Latter & Blum in June 2009, Lars has leveraged his expertise to specialize in Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing, particularly properties with a water-related aspect, such as barge fleeting, terminal sites, and dock sites along the Mississippi River and other inland waterways. His work also extends to Brownfield properties, a previously developed site that may have environmental contamination due to past industrial or commercial use. These properties often require collaboration with state and local environmental authorities to ensure properties are safe for their intended use.

Lars is known for his integrity, follow-through, and in-depth knowledge of the Mississippi River, making him a trusted expert in navigating the complexities of waterfront and industrial real estate.
