Recent success stories include the lease of 40,000 SqFt to Progressive Waste, over 33,000 SqFt at two locations to ERS Rental Solutions and the sale of 7.94 acres on the Harvey Canal to APC Construction. Jim is currently marketing several large industrial properties in South Louisiana including a ±35,170 SqFt crane-served building in Harvey, LA; a 48,040 SqFt crane-served waterfront facility in Belle Chasse, LA; and a 350,000 SqFt with 60 rail served acres in Marrero, LA.   Jim maintains a database of thousands of potential purchasers and tenants for industrial properties. He also keeps close ties to large property owners and users through his active participation in the Westbank Business and Industry Association.
