Debbie Langley brings an extraordinary blend of entrepreneurial spirit, corporate leadership, and real estate expertise to NAI Latter & Blum as a commercial real estate agent. A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Debbie began her career as a business owner, owning and operating Debbie’s Mini Mart and Debbie’s Lunch Box, where she honed her skills in business management, customer relations, and operations.

After relocating to the United States, Debbie expanded her career into corporate America, holding several upper management roles in major retail companies, including Store Manager and other leadership positions. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of operations management, staff leadership, sales strategies, and customer service—all invaluable skills she brings to her real estate career today.

In 2006, Debbie earned her Louisiana real estate license and later founded Langley Realty LLC. Over the last 18 years, she has built a strong reputation for guiding clients through complex real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and property management. With advanced real estate designations such as GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), Debbie is dedicated to providing expert advice and tailored solutions that meet her clients’ commercial real estate goals.

Beyond real estate, Debbie is also a successful publisher. As the founder of Amazing Glory Publishers, she has published over 30 books, overseeing everything from content development to design and marketing, including leveraging platforms like Amazon KDP. Her skills in business strategy, digital marketing, and contract negotiations have enabled her to thrive across multiple industries, and she brings this same level of expertise and strategic thinking to commercial real estate.

Debbie’s academic achievements further strengthen her professional background. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix, an Associates of Arts Degree in Auto Cad Drafting, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Kingsway Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Theology. Her strong faith and commitment to service underpin everything she does, from her business ventures to her work with clients.
