David F. Boudreaux

Native of Lafayette, Louisiana, David and his family now call St. Francisville home. With a wealth of knowledge regarding land use and evaluation, David now represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of various types of real estate holdings.

Having spent roughly 40 years in the oil and gas industry, David achieved the designation of Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and has served as an Independent Lease Broker, Land Manager of a publicly traded Exploration and Production Company, Senior Landman, Principal in a Contract Land Service business, and most recently as a Mineral Management Consultant. David carries his familiarity with land leases, mineral leases, land use, contracts, and evaluations into his career as an agent. This knowledge helps David provide experienced answers and anticipate problems that may arise, ensuring a smooth transaction for his clients.

David is currently licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as well as the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.
