Brennan transitioned his knowledge as an owner, investor, lease negotiator, and businessman into a commercial real estate advisor in 2016 to better serve his clients seeking first-rate commercial real estate expertise. His varied background and knowledge of the market allows him to seamlessly assist and represent clients yielding stress-free transactions for all commercial property types. Brennan specializes in industrial sales and leasing throughout the Lafayette MSA.

A native of Lafayette, at the age of 20 he began acquiring real estate holdings, from money he made cutting grass, these have come to include student parking lots, billboards and residential properties. Following graduation from the University of Louisiana in Business Administration in 2005, Brennan worked as a petroleum landman honing his title abstraction and lease negotiation skills.  His network and market knowledge were a natural fit to transition into brokerage where he achieved Gold Status and was named among the Top 5 Commercial Agents in Lafayette during his first full year in the business. Brennan thinks like an owner and acts like a trusted broker providing transactional support from beginning to close for all of his client’s commercial property needs.

In 2023, Brennan’s sales volume was in excess of $20 million, a large majority of which was related to industrial properties throughout Acadiana. In 2024 Brennan received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Designee) where he is 1of only 4 in the Acadiana market with this designation. Brennan is passionate about real estate and considers himself fortunate to work in an industry that drives him each and every day.
