Background & Experience
Andrew D’Ostilio is based out of the Baton Rouge office focusing on retail, office, industrial and land assets. Andrew started his commercial real estate career in 2017 and finished the vigorous intern program in 2018. Andrew also worked as an analyst for the NAI Latter & Blum Multifamily Division, where he assisted in the underwriting of +100 unit multifamily assets throughout Louisiana. Andrew’s proficient use of GIS applications, Artificial Intelligence, and other emerging technologies has created the opportunity to work with developers of distribution centers, car washes, and various retail concepts in their site selection process. Andrew has since negotiated transactions on behalf of national, regional, and local buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout Louisiana. In 2020 & 2021, Andrew has closed over 65 transactions and produced $22M in deal volume. Andrew will be sitting for his CCIM designation in October 2021.
