Richard Daviet

Richard joined the commercial division of Latter & Blum in January 2013 shortly after retiring from Whitney Bank with over 40 years in the banking industry in the Baton Rouge and Alexandria markets. He served as a commercial loan officer, department manager and senior lender the majority of those years. The last 9 years of his career were focused on managing trust relationships for Whitney Bank in the Baton Rouge market. His diverse experience and expertise adds a unique set of skills and perspective to assist with each real estate opportunity. Individual investors, both buyers and sellers, and a variety of financial institutions have benefited from his experience and service.
