Nicholas J. LaHaye

Nick graduated with a degree in Economics from the Ole Miss Business School. He began his real estate career by managing short-term rental properties in New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Over four years, he gained valuable experience in property management and customer service.

In 2015, Nick became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and joined Latter & Blum’s Historic Districts Office. Through community involvement and online advertising, he quickly closed over 200 transactions.

Nick later expanded his focus to managing long-term rental properties. He has managed many rental properties, handling everything from tenant relations to maintenance. As a landlord himself, Nick understands the challenges property owners face.

With over ten years of experience, Nick now brings his skills and knowledge to NAI Latter & Blum. He understands multi-family properties, the commercial real estate market, and how economic factors impact real estate.
