NAI Latter & Blum’s Mignon Richard Accepted into Loyola’s Women’s Leadership Academy

New Orleans advisor Mignon Richard was recently accepted into Loyola’s Women’s Leadership Academy — a program developed by Loyola University’s Office of Professional and Continuing Studies.

The Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) at Loyola University New Orleans is designed to enable leaders in the region to achieve their greatest professional potential through leadership training, personal development, and one-on-one mentorships.  WLA consists of eleven on-campus sessions, including keynote speakers, micro learning seminars, case studies, and an individual leadership strategy. Each participant has the opportunity to grow and network with thought leaders in the region.

WLA participants who successfully complete the program will earn a Loyola University New Orleans Certificate of Completion and earn 6.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Mignon will be part of the fourth cohort of the WLA, roughly 40 women, that begins on March 24th. The inaugural Women’s Leadership Academy launched April 16, 2019.

Additionally, Mignon was awarded the LaNasa Memorial Scholarship which was part of a limited number of partial scholarships offered to applicants who work for a non-profit organization and/or are self-funded.
