Jake Loach, CCIM

Jake grew up across the Southeast, living in Texarkana, TX, Madison, AL, and Natchitoches, LA. He attended Louisiana State University and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship. While in school, he was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.

In 2018, Jake began working at NAI Latter & Blum. He went through Latter & Blum’s comprehensive internship program and became an agent in 2020. Jake works among several teams at NAI Latter & Blum which provides him real time insight into the market. Jake focuses on landlord, seller representation, and tenant representation and is the leasing agent for over 50,000 sq. ft. of shopping centers in southeastern Louisiana. Jake also has experience using ArcGIS mapping and ESRI database programs. He has completed transactions across all of the asset types. Jake holds an active real estate license in Louisiana. Jake earned his CCIM designation in October 2023.
